Refund policy

Every Tier 1 Graphics kit and wrap is printed to order. Please read this policy before you buy.

Custom orders
We do not accept returns or give refunds on custom orders. This includes any order with custom designs, colors, numbers, names or sizing made for you.

Standard kits
Unopened standard kits (No Name & Number) may be returned within 14 days of delivery. The customer pays return shipping. Once a kit has been opened or applied, it cannot be returned.
To start a return, contact us with your order number before sending anything back. Returns sent without contacting us first will not be accepted.

Damaged or misprinted items
If your order arrives damaged or misprinted, contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the problem. We will reprint or replace it at no charge.

Boat wraps
Boat wraps follow the same rules above. Installation is done by your own installer, and we are not responsible for installation problems or for wraps applied over oxidized or unprepared surfaces.

Fitment
Please check the fitment years and model listed on each product before ordering. Kits ordered for the wrong bike, jet ski or boat are the customer's responsibility.

Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping charges are not refunded.
